架体介绍


近年来高层建筑的发展,使得附着式升降脚手架成为高层建筑施工的通用装备。附着式升降脚手架为我公司自主研发的新一代智能爬架系统,产品确定了集约化、工具化、智能化、标准化的方向,结合同步监控系统,提高其综合安全性能,节省劳动力,降低设备成本和运营成本,实现节能降耗,绿色环保,文明施工。

In recent years, the development of high-rise buildings has made attached lifting scaffolding a common equipment for high-rise building construction. Attached lifting scaffolding is a new generation of intelligent climbing frame system independently developed by our company. The product has determined the direction of intensification, instrumentation, intelligence  standardization. Combined with synchronous monitoring system, it improves its comprehensive safety performance, saves labor  reduces equipment cost.  operating costs, to achieve energy saving, green,  civilized construction.

主框架及架体构架

Main Frame  Frame


·主框架及架体构架主要包括脚手板、立杆、三角撑、外立网、水平桁架、副板、翻板。

·架体主框架结构为稳固的框架,增强架体稳定性。

·导轨与附墙支座滑套连接,防倾覆性能显著高于槽钢类结构。

The main frame  frame structure mainly include scaffolding boards, poles, triangular   supports,  external nets, horizontal trusses, sub-boards,  flaps.

The main frame structure of the frame is a stable frame to enhance the stability of the frame.

The guide rail is connected with the sliding sleeve of the wall bracket,  the anti-overturning performance is significantly higher than that of the channel steel structure.
